I'm Kendra—a trauma-informed leadership coach, national speaker, and the creator of the RISE Leadership Framework™.

I know what it's like to lead while breaking on the inside. As a former education entrepreneur who built a multi-six-figure accredited school, I learned the hard way that sustainable success requires more than hustle—it requires healing, boundaries, and a restored identity.

After losing my son and navigating profound grief while running my business, I made a choice: I would not build a life or business that required me to choose achievement over my humanity.

That journey led me to create the RISE framework—a faith-centered, trauma-informed approach that helps high-achieving women of color restore their identity, reclaim their voice, and lead with emotional grounding and spiritual alignment.
